Supporting the International Exchange of
Knowledge and Culture
To support the international exchange of knowledge and culture, the Irving K. Barber British Columbia Scholarship Society, in partnership with the Victoria Foundation, hosts three scholarship funds designed to support students from B.C. in studying abroad. They are:
- One World International Scholarship for a study/work program that provides academic credit at the students’ home institution.
- Premier’s One World Scholarship for completion of a full-time study program.
- Pacific Horizons Scholarship for study in a cultural or language learning studies program.
A fourth fund supports students from selected countries wanting to study in B.C.
