The Irving K. Barber B.C. Scholarships are available to students who, after completing two years of study at a B.C. public college, university college or institute, must transfer their credits into full-time studies at another public post-secondary institution in B.C. to complete their degree. 

Successful applicants demonstrate academic merit as well as significant involvement in their community and/or school. 

Completed applications and supporting documentation must be received in the financial aid office at the institution you are transferring from no later than March 31st of the year you are transferring.
